I Thought It Was For The Core?

Apparently, I've been given some bad information. I thought that SUP was about strengthening the core and exercise? Instead, as this video proves, it's just a way to see how boring one can make water-related sports on a big board. Reader Jacob sent this in with the words "God I hate sup." I can't disagree with him.

only made it to 1:03 and I want that time back - yes, need a rockin tune for that action!

In their defense, I love the roar of an outboard motor when I surf.

I love the smell of a two stroke in the morning. Smells.......like victory!

I wish they'd all go this route. Then they wouldn't waste real waves.

we should be encouraging this.

I don't know - I think we should encourage this not because I detest the present of a SUP in the lineup, but because it will get them out of the lineups. However, if I were stuck in the same location with the same equipment, I would be stoked to ride that wave! So, there is a gentler explanation for why ALL SUPs should pursue this route...and they have the right board for it!
Good vibes, amigos.

PS -
I still will NEVER ride a f******g SUP. :)
