If you've ever been to Indo and know about how the "Polisi" operates the pic is definitely damn funny. I recall one time driving thru Kuta and getting stopped by the "Polisi" ....
After giving them a few bintangs and some kretek's it was like they were our bro-bras LOL. Nothing against them but they are funny cool :)
this is what happened when they cut budgets for the police department, surfboard is damn expensive -police do surf too (at least they hope so)
