Impending Doom
Reader alan sent in this gem, lifted from the surfline reader pics.
Anyone who drops in on a longboarder can't be all bad. The logger was probably sitting outside hogging waves and pretending that he was a soul surfer instead of just out of shape and too lazy to paddle a real board.
I love it. If a longboarder drops in on a shortboarder he is an A-hole. But if a shortboarder drops in on a longboarder, oviously the longboarder is a wave hog and or kook that deserved to get dropped in on. Try calling it as it is, the shortboarder dropped in on the longboarder, simple as that. The mind is much like a parachute, it only works if it is open. Longboarder or shortboarder + narrow mind = KOOK
It's unsurprising that a longboarder would repeat that idiotic cliche about the mind being like a parachute. You guys steal other people's thoughts just like you steal their waves.
here's a fun one kids! longboard = aircraft carrier shortboard = fighter jet use your fins to dig into the deck of the longboard as you to try to land. oh joy! :-)

i think this is a new style of tandem surfing,
